I’m a coach, speaker, and guide for people who are tired of performing their way through life.
For years, I did all the “right” things, building a successful career, stepping into leadership roles, and checking the boxes that were supposed to lead to fulfillment. And yet, inside, I felt disconnected and out of sync with myself, constantly pushing forward without pausing to ask what I actually needed.
That experience shapes the work I do today.
Now, I help individuals and teams slow down, reconnect, and lead with calm, clarity, and self-trust. My work blends real-world leadership experience with practical, human-centered tools that support thoughtful decision-making, emotional intelligence, and sustainable performance.
I bring over 14 years of leadership experience across higher education and financial services, along with a master’s degree in leadership and management and certification as a PROSCI Change Management Practitioner. My approach is grounded, accessible, and informed by what it truly looks like to lead through complexity, change, and pressure.
My work has been recognized locally and regionally, including being named a 2025 Corridor Business Journal Forty Under 40 honoree. More importantly, it’s shaped by the leaders and individuals I work with, people ready to stop forcing their way forward and start leading from who they truly are.
