I’ve always cared deeply about the topics I focus on in my work—mindfulness, self-awareness, creating space to just be.
But when I became a mom, something shifted.

The drive to create change got personal.
Because now, it’s not just about helping others live with less stress—it’s about helping shape the kind of world I want my kids to grow up in.

One where kindness isn’t rare.
Where people pause before they react.
Where we speak to ourselves with the same compassion we offer our friends.

That’s where mindfulness comes in.
Real mindfulness—not the perfect poses or calm backgrounds—but the kind that teaches you to notice your thoughts without judgment.
To meet yourself exactly where you are.

Non-judgment.
It’s baked into the very definition of mindfulness.
And yet it’s one of the hardest things to practice—especially when we hold ourselves to impossible standards.

But if we want our kids to see the good in the world, to know how to treat others with empathy, we have to model that same care for ourselves.

It starts with how we talk to ourselves on the hard days.
How we give ourselves grace when we’re stretched thin.
How we show up—not perfectly, but presently.

This is the heart of my work.
And this is the world I’m working toward.
