hey, i'm MEGAN.
I'm a coach and space-holder for leaders who are done performing and ready to feel powerful being themselves.

from overwhelmed achiever to mindful leader.
The moment I realized doing more wasn't the answer...
I used to think I had to be perfect. Do it all. Get it right. Keep going no matter what. I built a successful career, kept climbing, and made sure everything looked polished on the outside. But on the inside? I was overwhelmed, disconnected, and quietly burning out.
The turning point. Embracing self-compassion.
What I carried while the world saw success...
For years, I put myself last. I measured my worth by how much I could carry, how little I could need, and how well I could hide the hard parts. I went through IVF to have both of my children, navigating the emotional weight of each step and experiencing the heartbreak of miscarriage along the way. During one of those pregnancies, I was diagnosed with Crohn's disease and began treatment shortly after. After giving birth to my second child, I developed drug-induced lupus from the Crohn's medication. The pain was constant. Swelling in my joints made it hard to move, to hold my kids, to do even the most basic things. And still, I kept going. I kept leading. I kept pushing. Because I believed that’s what strong women did. Especially women like me, a first-generation college graduate. Career-driven. Proving I belonged in every room I entered. But inside, I was tired. Doubting myself. And starting to wonder: what if this isn’t strength? What if I’m just surviving? Eventually, it all caught up with me. I hit a point where I knew something had to change. I didn’t want a life that looked impressive but felt empty. So I turned inward. I found mindfulness, not as a trendy fix, but as a lifeline. I began practicing, then training, then sharing. Because I realized I wasn’t alone. So many of us are exhausted from holding it all together.
I still lead but not at the cost of myself.
What leading on my terms really looks like...
Now, I lead with presence instead of pressure. I trust myself. I speak with kindness to the woman in the mirror. I still show up, still lead, still stretch toward growth but now I do it without abandoning myself. And I help others do the same.
You don’t have to earn your worth. You get to lead as you are. You don’t have to keep pushing to prove yourself. There’s another way to lead, one that’s powerful because it’s honest. One that feels like you. If you’re ready for that kind of life, I’m ready to support you.
